It does sound interesting, might give it a try.
My boyfriend gave me a game called “Outer Wilds” which helped me confront my existential fear and actually get over it. it helped me have a new view on life and i never in my life thought a video game would mean so much to me and my mental health. His favorite character is named Gabbro (the outfit he is wearing in this picture is gabbro) which teaches you how to meditate in the wake inescapable death. a very chill brotherly character he relates a lot to. If you haven’t played Outer Wilds you definitely should
