This is the Sturm führer, leader of the imperial raiders, an organization made up of the remaining members of the ss, now they’ve gotten themselves massive amounts of money by threatening other Eastern European countries with nuclear war, manipulating them into giving them multi-billion dollars, they use this wealth to fund their army and their Eugenics experiments as well as other wild little things they do. Their military forces have expanded and their power has grown though in secret only.
