I feel like the Apple family farm, like most things in Ponyville, was right next to/just outside Everfree. If we take the assumption that Everfree’s borders grew in between G4 and G5 then yeah the CmC treehouse would be at least just outside of Bridlewood.

Kinda messed with my head canon that Izzy’s home is Zecora’s hut though.
