Хотя, скорее всего такой есть причем не один…
Considering that the pedestal, the grey color, and that they are outdoors, it made me think of garden statuary and thus stone. I actually never even thought of it being rubber or latex until you mentioned it.
Except that’s clearly rubber and not stone, so it’s not petrification.
