I happen to know a person named Akio Otori who became quite (in)famous for being Starlight Glimmer’s biggest hater. He lamented that Starlight ruined G4, and that since her appearance in Season 5 MLP: FiM isn’t the same anymore.
Yet he quite likes G5, especially the royal family of Zephyr Heights.
If Starlight Glimmer will really appear in G5, I can already forsee the drama that will be caused by Akio.

I think the crystals symbolize the magic of Bridlewood. This is the only clear reference in the logo.
Although Bridlewood is the main unicorn settlement of G5, I don’t really think it’s related to Starlight Glimmer, but we actually can’t rule it out, since (according to Discord’s story in issue 2 of the IDW MLP comics) she was almost certainly still alive when the Unity Crystals were created.
Starlight was one of the most skilled magic users of FIM, so it’s kind of plausible that she was involved somehow. It’d also give C6 its own new G4 reference.

To whoever tagged this as MYM Chapter 5, the presentation clearly states there will be six episodes in September, which will be chapter 5. Secrets of Starlight will be chapter 6.
