It’s incest because it’s shipping between two sisters, and it’s shipping because it’s what the artist intended. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shipping can be just interactions associated with couples, and this one is your typical “asking GF for forgiveness” scene.

The description mentions a desire to ship the two, but i don’t get how this is shipping, either, more of just two characters who happen to be within 5ft of each other.
