Well, Rarity was apparently able to train hers to help out in the boutique in roughly the amount of time it took Twilight and Rainbow Dash to wake up and react to their presence, so I imagine it’d be possible to keep them in some semblance of order for two days. Meanwhile, the Cutie Pox could very well cause someone to die of exhaustion even without factoring in that one of the Cutie Marks that appeared was for lion taming.

The Best There Ever Was
Parasprite infestation in my house for 2 days. Because I can simply go out to buy my own food while they eat it all out of my kitchen. But with the Cutie Pox you don’t have control over your body, and could get a cutie mark which would force you to harm others.
