I did not think about depressurization and the change of atmosphere in pressure measurement, have you ever seen water boil in a vacuum?
If we pass it to a body that is 60% water (I don’t know how much water a pony has) it would be that you were boiling under vacuum while little by little the air comes out of your tissues.
@Treforce
You’re overlooking the rapid change in pressure and 0 insulation. Although, it should be possible to quickly put the helmet back on and not die if the suit has an oxygen tank to repressurize it, just as long and the wearer survives the depressurization.
The thing I’m curious about is where she and the equipment is in the third panel.
@Wheatley R.H.
Okay, here is the break down.
you are in space breathing normally.
For SOME reason, your brain stops braining and you decide to remove your lifesaving helmet.
whoops, all your contained air that you needed to breath have been diluted into the vast emptiness that is space. Hope you took a deeps breath before that happened.
An average body can survive for 3 minuts without air and survive… Most can hold their breath for 1 or 2 minutes before they pass out.
4 minutes without air, and the brain starts to take permanent damage, but you could still be saved.
and somewhere between 4-6 minutes… not even Luna can do anything to save you.
Oh right I remember that art.
Most likely something simillar
Oops
Judging by they way helmet is placed I think Rusty and equipment are offscreen
you are right, I did forget about that part.

Edited because: Extra thought
