I like the fact you are NOT jumping to her full physical recovery (see: Hospital bed in the background and her IV stand still connected to her). Of course, even beyond that (and what I am NOT even mildly surprised you didn’t jump past) is the full stabilization of mental recovery (if that really happens with anorexics… I am not a psychologist, so I don’t know).

Also, see my edit of my comment on the previous panel. I had a question, but did not want to double-post.
