IIRC, the designs for Izzy, Sunny, and Pipp* were first made public in February 2021, when a fabric store in the Czech Republic (Jerry Fabrics, IIRC) released an image of a bedspread with them on it.

*It was an older design of Pipp, as she had red eyes, rather than the green eyes of the final design
