^ Not to mention the cakes, Mr. & Mrs. Sparkle, Rarity’s parents, and Pinkie Pie’s parents. Of course, he probably didn’t ‘forget’ so much as ‘didn’t see any reason to mention them’.
 
 
Also, Sparity isn’t canon. Spike has romantic feelings for Rarity, which is more than most ships can claim in this fandom, but as it stands that’s as far as it goes.

^^ I always find it amusing when people try and act that Sparity is any more ‘stupid’ than any of the other pairings. At least this one has actual romantic interest on at least one of the character’s part.

Honestly, you’d think magic would be an acceptable explanation for pretty much anything in the world where the sun and moon are manually raised and lowered. And yes, there is plenty of precedent for half dragons, though I do wish people would stop mixing up the concept of dragon/unicorns with the kirin/qilin.

If anything, there’s way more precedent in literature for part-dragon offspring (ala D&D and shit) than there is for magical lesbian spawn. Dragons mate with EVERYTHING
