I drew this almost two years ago as a request for someone, but didn’t ever post it. Not sure if you want to be named, but I hope you like this slightly remastered version!

“Twi, are you alright in there?” Cheerilee pushed her ear against the bathroom door. “You’ve been in there a long time.”

She could hear Twilight groan and mumble something in return, before hearing her hooves clink against the tile floor as she walked to the door. The door opened with a creak, revealing a rather pale looking Twilight.

“I was already feeling weird earlier but now it feels like I ate dirt for dinner. I thought I was going to throw up but nothing came out” she said. “I should probably leave, I don’t want you to catch whatever it is that I’ve got.”

“Nonsense,” Cheerilee said as she threw her arm around Twilight and gently nuzzled her ear. It burned red hot, but not in the usual way it did when they were together. Twilight recoiled a little, but realizing Cheerilee clearly wasn’t going to give up, she leaned into her.

“I’ve had students staying home sick with belly trouble all week, one after another.” Cheerilee said. “Whatever is going around, I’m already getting bathed in it. So if I’m going to catch something then it might as well be from you.”

“I should at least sleep on the couch. I really don’t want to get you sick too.”

“Shush, just let me take care of you. It’s our first weekend together in ages, I just want to be with you, stomach bug or not” Cheerilee said as she led Twilight to the bedroom. She tucked her in and ran her hoof through Twilight’s mane.

“You need lots of love and belly rubs - oh, and a bucket, just in case. Just get comfy, I’ll be right back”

Cheerilee stirred awake, not sure how long she had slept. Twilight had thankfully gone out like a light and she was still curled up against her, tucked in under her arm. Twilight had tossed her side of the blanket aside in her sleep. She must have gotten too hot as the pillow was also damp with sweat, even though she was now shivering with chills. Her arms were tucked in tight, clutching Cheerilee’s arm that was draped over her side on her belly. Twilight groaned uncomfortably.

“Twi, are you awake?” Cheerilee whispered.

Twilight shuddered and let out a pitiful whimper.

“You poor filly,” Cheerilee said. “Do you need to use the bathroom?”

“Everything is moving inside,” Twilight creaked. Even Cheerilee could feel how badly her stomach was turning.

“Let me help you up.”

Cheerilee helped Twilight sit up on the edge of the bed and turned on a light. Twilight was pale as a sheet and looked like a slight breeze would be enough to knock her over.

“Think you can make it?”

“I think… so” Twilight squaked, putting a shaky hoof forward. She barely managed to take one step before falling on her flank and throwing a hoof to cover her mouth. “Mmmf-no-”

“In here sweetie,” Cheerilee said as she quickly snatched the bucket and rushed to Twilight’s side - just in time for Twilight to shove her head into it and let go.
