Because Pipp planted fake evidence around the garden to try and make Zipp know that it was her that stole the lantern as a game. So any real evidence at the Garden got destroyed thanks to Pipp’s inference with the fake evidence being placed over the real evidence. So nice going, Ms.Petals.
