Not horny, just mistaken, way to make assumptions my guy.
I listed them because they’re all things I frequently see tagged with what the artist wanted even if what the image shows would suggest otherwise. Hell there’s even a whole tag specifically for the third example. I often see tag wars and comment arguments on those kinds of images, and every time the mods have chosen the artist’s intent for the tags.
Artist intent in general can be used as a last resort in ambiguous cases, but those are all things that shouldn’t generally need to use it, especially the first one due to its large effect on ratings.
It can often take more than one mod to fix tags, with how unwieldy they can become.
How could he not be horny when looking at three cute girls snuggling their bodies atop each other ;)
Artist intent also matters for: whether an image is considered to be rape, what gender the characters are, what age the characters are, and likely more that I can’t currently think of. On a site like e621 with a true “tag what you see” policy, none of those are up to the artist outside of lore tags.

Pretty sure those are grooves in the tree trunk of Twilight’s library, which is where they’re sleeping. A sleepover in the Treebrary if you will.

It’s a rather vague implication to be sure, really only relying on hair frizzing (something that at least for Pinkie wouldn’t happen just from being partied out). I think this style of image stems from FiM itself tending to make romance literally just nuzzling, not being allowed to even kiss until the day of the wedding.
That’s not really correct. We just aren’t as strict as e621 with only tagging what’s seen. The main departure is with shipping images, like this one, where technically we don’t know from the image that the three are romantically/sexually involved, but it’s an easy inference to make from knowing the artist.
