Personally, I believe that, since it’s a magical artifact (as evidenced by the way it’s constantly glowing), it updated itself magically to match up with Sunny and her friends.

Even though they may be obvious, here are my observations on the locations each character looks like they are in on the tapestry (other than Sunny):
  • Izzy is shown on Maretime Bay’s beach.
  • Hitch and some critters are in a throne room (Zephyr Heights?).
  • Pipp & Zipp are flying around some crystals at night, but not in a forest.
Their locations are rotated 60 degrees clockwise …
Instead of Maretime Bay, Hitch is in the throne room in Zephyr Heights.
Instead of Zephyr Heights, Pipp and Zipp are over the crystal field in Bridlewood.
Instead of Bridlewood, Izzy is in Maretime Bay.

It’s beautiful, hopefully there will be a clean vector version.
Even better, since it’s magical to predict the future, we should make a G4 version with the Mane 6.

Another thing that ties into the first scene in the movie- did Argyle intentionally arrange for Hitch to come over all the time? Because Hitch would have been prominently featured on his piece. Things might have particularly clicked if he saw the young colt talking to gulls and crabs.

So
Here what we have for now,
Argyle say its an ancient pony artifact also known as old family blanket that past down for 10 generations.
Queen Haven say, she didn’t see that throne room look like that for centuries.
Is Sunny ancestor Nostradamus level prophecy?
Imagine Argyle feeling when Sunny was born and to see her daughter just like in this ancient blanket
