Lol facts. On the competitive side Celestia has the best health insurance and coverage for her army and a bonus package for working day shifts, Nightmare Moon has the best night shift pay with a 40% pay increase just for working nights as a guard for her army while Chrysalis has the best holiday and overtime pay for hers, quadruple time and a half.
