Uh-uh. Seem losing your courage before giving up against King Sombra has some consequences. At least, if control is wrestled back from the maniacal ruler, this former guard will have been safe… and have quite the life experience to (probably) never share after.
Seem if they surrender, they might join his army. They don’t (or they don’t make the cut), their masculinity is stolen and they end up in his harem. If they flee and then give up… well, just look at this poor soon-to-be former stallion. While not restrained, the magic is still reshaping his body into a beautiful mare for the new King to bed at will. Tough break.
