1.) Magic in the human world does not work the same as in Equestria. Sci-Twi being a “Unicorn” does not matter while she is a human.
Exactly. The “magical” world of Equestria is “just filled with magic”, while EGQ consistently shows how magic is much more potent in the human world because it lacks said magic. You’re telling me human using magic is stronger than alicorn?
2.) That was Midnight Sparkle, not Sci-Twi.
3.) Midnight Sparkle got her power from stealing it from the Human!Five and the portal to Equestria
Twilight became an alicorn through the nearly same way as Sci-Twi transforming into Midnight Sparkle. Princess Celestia explains how in the Fundamentals of Magic
4.) She wasn’t destroying the world but tearing open portals, which would have a chain effect of destroying the world.
She literally tore chunks of reality apart within SECONDS of transforming. She literally pushed back the Elements of Harmony until Spike distracted her. Sunset even confirmed she was destroying “this world” to acquire more magic
5.) It took Alicorn Twilight a lot of sweaty effort to hold a bunch of Earth ponies in place. Even Alicorn Cozy Glow was kicking her ass.
Noooo… Cozy Glow had simply caught her off guard, and not only did she just walk it off, but she was casually fighting off Tirek later AFTER he had absorbed the magic of the pillars, (including Starswirl) ON TOP of of being empowered by Grogar’s Bell/Discord’s magic.
6.) You’d think Twilight would’ve burned a hole in the Universe from the buff the other Alicorns gave her in the fight against Tirek. That was an obvious power-up, and no one saw pockets of dimensions popping up as a result or the Universe tearing apart.
Poor argument. Was she SUPPOSED to destroy the Earth? Energy doesn’t always follow the laws of physics in fiction, especially magic. A million Earth’s can fit inside the sun, yet the fact they barely destroyed a few mountains doesn’t change the fact Twilight literally had the power of the sun.
The Storm King literally shot a magically-siphoned Twilight at point blank range with ALL of the alicorn’s powers in the movie, yet it only sent her through a wall.

More like headcaning. Here, have some of mine based on what is seen on the show and not speculation:

It really just seems like you had an idea in your head, looked at what made it “true” for you, and ignored the rest instead of looking at the evidence to come to a conclusion.
