Well, I finally made it. Thanks for encouraging me to do something so BIG, guys. :aww: This screenshot from the second after very first episode of MLP FIM [link] served as my inspiration, and I made my own version with the pet shop in the background, I’m sure you’ll manage to see it. ;) And I only give little apology since bronies are always assuming Zoe Trent would take Twilight’s element while Minka Mark would take Pinkie Pie’s Element of Laughter for OBVIOUS reasons…both, and including Buttercream, are pretty much Spike. :lol:

I can’t really claim fault with the picture on anything but subjective grounds (i.e. that I don’t like crossovers, and that is just my opinion, man, and should have no influence on her), but the meter really irks me. I mean:
“I used to wonder what new adventure awaits for me” is 14 syllables, while “I used to wonder what friendship could be” is 10. “Until I discovered a gift given so suddenly” is also 14 to “Until you all shared its magic with me”‘s 11. (At least she’s consistent, I guess? But the lyrics can’t at all be fitted to the original theme.) Then the following, which is just the most ghastly attempt at meter that I’ve ever seen:
“As weird as it may be”: 6 syllables
“But our friendship is more extraordinary than anything you’ve ever seen!”: 20 syllables
And be and seen don’t rhyme.
ATROCIOUS.
Everything you just described.. is pretty much the beef much of the Internet has with MLP, are you aware of that? Their presence and and need to ‘inject themselves’ into everything else just brings similar sediments.
Just go on Deviantart, type in your favorite series and add ‘pony’ after it and you’ll see the same thing. There’s ponified art of literally everything, with little to no respect for the source other than for the purpose of ‘glorifying’ MLP. There’s already been Ponified art of the LPS characters and you don’t think that makes some unhappy?
And none of the LPS characters are anything like MLP ones with the exception of maybe Minka since Genki-girls are pretty similar. 3 of them are also male which sets their characterization pretty far apart.
Not very fond of cross-over fanart when the horseshoe is on the other hoof huh?
Sithvampiremaster is some artist who does similar bad crossovers on his deviantart.
Except, Sith has a fart fetish, more obsession to it than GCoL
It seems like the site is double-posting comments on some pictures for some reason.
Downvotes and comments show that these website is NOT very accepting of this particular artist in areas of attitude, storytelling and conceptual ideas… It may contain some butthurt, but just shows some folks just have a grunge on her until she makes some adjustment in attitude or produces an image that just “WOWS” the group (and NOT the wow as in “wow, that’s just bad…”).

Must she ALWAYS address Bronies in such a condescending way in majority of her MLP pics? Honestly?
If I got less than flattering comments on my MLP x-overs, I would just recognize only some individuals dislike the show I enjoy crossover over with MLP not put down a whole fan community! Seems like she wants Bronies to dispise her regardless…
Not only that, but she adamantly insists that these characters are nothing alike, aren’t inspired by ponies at all, and shouldn’t be compared to them.
Yet she makes stuff like this. Wait, not ONLY does she make stuff like this, she matches what FiM character each LPS character was based on PERFECTLY.
So much for “characters being nothing alike.”
It was too fitting to not put in.
