Needs to know Hebrew.
Aside from adding a 40 ounce soda to the mix, I can answer that.
I once made a Hot Bacon and Peanut Butter Sandwich, using Bacon Fat to oil up the Bread in either an omelet pan or frying pan.
The next day, for about a minute in the later afternoon or evening, I felt like I could NOT breathe much at all, because my heart was struggling, and maybe it was like I was having a heart attack. All at the age of 27 or so (it was a few years ago, I forgot when.) All while being about 165 - 175 pounds at 5 ft 11, within the “healthy BMI weight range.”
The struggling did pass, but in that short time, I could hardly breathe without putting painful pressure on what I think was my heart. And that might be part of why Jews don’t eat Bacon.
None of that was hyperbole or a joke. I’m not sure I fully understand all of the reasons why it happened, though.

burgers are fine, if you eat a good one, that doesn’t have extra sugar in the bun or the source. sugar is the real problem, not the buns or something else.
Tinandel

Those carb balance buns work pretty well too though. Can get them in most grocery stores, they’ve got half the calories, and what gets taken out of the carbs goes to protein and fiber instead - AKA good stuff. The taste is admittedly a bit different… the buns are heavier and less springy. But it works out pretty great overall.
