I saw the new movie the day it came out, but the life of a grad student is a busy one, and it took me forever to finish this.

I loved it!! While I wasn’t enthusiastic about the pony racism angle at first, I actually really liked it. I love that Sprout acted (and even dressed) like a neo-nazi; teach the kids to recognize them early XD

I LOVED the new characters, the new places, the diversity in pony design, the little fantasy animals, the music, and the references to g4! Izzy and Sunny are tied for my favorite, but I really love them all Heart

I have 3 criticisms; they are 1, it feels a little rushed (but that’s pretty normal for a kids movie), 2, I reeeeally hope Sunny’s wings and horn are a temporary thing- I like having an earth pony main character, and 3, “every unicorn that’s born has worn a horn that’s unique,” really?? Because they all look the same to me!! I wish the horns were as unique for everypony as the ones Izzy made!! The pegasi got colored feathers, gimme my unique horn, dang it CURSE YOU!
