Hard for her to not draw attention, she’s a bucking alicorn

This is the worst-hidden underworld ever. You just have to walk down a dark ally and suddenly you find market stalls where sapient creatures are openly displayed for sale. This isn’t a lawless place like Klugetown, it’s the capitol of Equestria. I don’t deny that such a place could exist in Canterlot, but it would be a lot more hidden and you wouldn’t display your illegal goods in the open. Unless the story wants to portray the authorities as completely corrupt and/or clueless.
 
Also, shouldn’t the locals be freaking out about the Alicorn princess that is walking through their ally of illegal goods?
