Description
These two are identical twin brothers, this is Storm Bolt (Left) & Storm Volt (Right), they mostly just go by Bolt and Volt. These two are a part of the weather patrol with Ocean Breeze in Enchanted Peak. (Enchanted Peak is the name if the headless/modular village, finally have a name for it lolz.) Anyways, hope you like them!
They can swap heads and attach to each other’s body’s and take control of them. But they’d be pretty annoyed since they want to be with their own body lolz

I’m suddenly curious about that. Would the heads not attach at all? Or would they attach and gain control of the new body instead of their old one?
