Their explanation cleared up everything.

No one is questioning the artist’s intended scene.
The discussion is about the actual scene.
Art is like humor: if the author need to step in for an explanation, some rework is needed.
It doesn’t really matter much for this piece, but having a good chunk of your audience misunderstanding your work is valuable feedback for later art pieces.

To be honest the explanation doesn’t really make much sense even by porn logic.
Would work okay-ish if the room was very poorly lit but that’s not the case here.
Especially since the bull’s head angle make it look like he is talking to Ping.
