After considerable effort, I edited together this looping animation of Athena’s “Scooby-Doo”-style run (with a Hanna-Barbera cartoon sound effect added just to enhance the cartoony-ness).

If you mean the sound effect, it’s sometimes referred to as “Bongo Feet” since it was made with bongo drums and usually used when a character is running (or running in place just before they take off).
