Well there’s sexuality, most male and females are heterosexual(I’m regarding homosexuality as an exception to the rule here) so there’d have to be fundamental differences in whatever part of the brain controls sexual orientation. There’s also gender identity, which most likely has a neurological component considering trans people have shown similar neural activity to that found in the opposite sex

Except not really. The only physical difference in mens’ brains and womens’ brains is that women have a slightly larger hypothalamus, but that changes with you when you transition, even when the transition is medical rather than magical. But if the magical transition is like the medical one, then that wouldn’t change what your attracted to.
I imagine a genderswap would alter the brain as their are some differences between male and female brains. It wouldn’t be a proper genderswap spell if it didn’t genderswap the brain, after all

I figured it’d be the other way around, where if you were into ladies before, you’d still be into ladies after, unless the gender swap spell also altered your mind (beyond the sudden influx of estrogen).
I would say being magically turned into a women will make you desire things women desire.
