It looks like a clean cut. Drop some superglue, hold the body parts together, slap some tape on, and don’t move until the glue has hardened. Protip: seal the very edges of the skin together to minimize scarring. I once cut my thumb and while most people probably have gone to the hospital, I taped it back together so well that if I flex it just right, you can hardly tell it was ever sliced!
