I’d blame the artist/designer of the Power Ponies’(Or whatever they’re called in that world) costumes for including high heels. Especially the non-fliers, and ESPECIALLY Fillisecond’s.

First lesson of women: NEVER make them run in high heels. You should already know this, Juniper, otherwise you could’ve gotten off a little easier. Now you gotta learn the price for such an inhuman crime of forcing a high-heel chase. Shame upon you! Shame, shame!

But Juniper was being chased in heels. The chase was on even ground, so to speak. I mean if Juniper was in running shoes prepared for her escape while knowing her pursuers would be stuck in heels, well that’s just strategy.
