I’d say its possible if an actual attempt was made. We’ve seen that she can feel bad for others in her introductory episode where she confessed to help the CMC and in Frenemies where she actually showed enjoyment in helping others. It’s not much, but certainly more then what any other reformed villain had.
Sadly, it did not happen in the show or comics even though she deserved a second chance as much as Discord, but at least we still have good fanworks like this. Hopefully G5 or the comics will finally redeem her.
