Mobian here thought he could show the Foals how to Float with Balloons, of course he secured him self with a Metal Rod hammered into the Ground.
He shoooouuuld have probably hammered it into the Ground a lil Deeper, or used a longer one, since as you can see, at the least the Rope connected him and the Rod did its job.
