I think Godzilla would fight Ghidorah out of sheer necessity.

Dude, Ghidorah came close to annihilating humanity and turning Earth into his personal empire. We’ve also seen just how smart he is, so he’ll take one look at that pearl and see what kind of a threat it might be to him before he smashes it into itsy bitsy teeny tiny pieces, and he’s basically a one-monster-army. Also… GHIDORAH IS THE SIZE OF A BUILDING AND NOWHERE NEAR AS STUPID AS THE STORM KING.
If you know Queen Novo, she’s smart and tough. I imagine the Storm King was slightly bigger than she is.
