Michael Bay directed all five Transformers films plus the Pearl Harbor movie. I wonder who would replaced him as the director of Transformers 6 to continue the story to start right we’re “The Last Knight” left off in Transformers 6. I think it might be Travis Knight or someone else. And I hope it would featured a major/large appearance of Unicron in his full appearance in robot mode as the main antagonist of the upcoming Transformers 6 if the makers announced it since we saw his spikes in the fifth film. And Bumblebee is not called “Transformers 6” because Bumblebee is set in a continuity that’s almost identical to the Bayverse but it’s a reboot despite being set in 1987.

“Next time on the Transformers. Shockwave has discovered a way to transport and harness magic for their own ends and the ponies pay a visit to Cybertron, unaware of the impending doom that await them. Will the Autobot and pony alliance discover and stop their diabolical plan? Or does something even more sinister awaits? “

As much of a crazy idea this is. It probably won’t happen since the continuity here is out of place. But if you do want continuity, this is probably an alternate timeline taking place after the season 8 Premiere. And if I recall correctly, the episode ‘Mean Six’ is part of it.

Nahhh! They can’t They’re already defeated. And Season 10 is unofficial but canon and serves as the epilogue to the tv show.

You know, with this and the Ending of the end setup, I’m beginning to wonder if the Season 10 Finale comic would have Chrysalis, Tirek and Cozy Glow teaming up with Megatron and his Decepticons.

So Megatron is very interesting in magic after seeing that it can be used for its own purposes - it was perhaps not smart of Optimus and Twilight to unite magic and the Allspark (which may suggest a scientific explanation behind equestrian magic) so this potential appears for the deceptions. He had seen that the peaceful ponies are far stronger than early thought, with the strong earth ponies, the fast pegasias, the knowledgeable unicorns - and the mighty alicorns comparable to the Primes of the Transformers. All this is rooted in the magic. As he knows can be used for personal gain as seen with the Allspark.
 
So of course - his interest is aroused. The MLP universe is united with other Hasbro-created universes.

Though, let’s be honest, a sequel to this would be pretty cool, especially if they bring in Marissa, Spike, Sparkplug, and Carly.

Modern official crossovers almost always do sequel hooks at the end, especially from IDW.

I smell a Sequel Hook.

With the disclaimer that I haven’t actually read this comic (just seen the panels that have been posted on Derpibooru), this strikes me as far more of a sequel hook than I would expect from a crossover that’s so clearly not meant to be taken as canon.
