Lightning Dust is a former CHS student who went the juvenile hall for breaking many rules and causing accidents on campus to win and was turned in by Rainbow Dash. One day while working out, she was called over by a woman promising her revenge. Dust wasn’t convinced at all till she was given a necklace. Suddenly she had super speed and could easily escape this prison. She enjoyed the power and liberation. She initially considered casting aside helping the woman who freed her, instead she went along with the plan because it would ensure her revenge on Dash.
