To everybody’s favorite adorkable purple smart book horse, the Headmare of the School of Friendship, and the Princess of Friendship and the current ruler of Equestria. A natural leader with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, an avid reader, and a devoted friend, and also an obsessive organizer. She’s adorable (adorkable as mentioned before), and perhaps the most beautiful pony ever. Love Heart Not to mention, very relatable. Representing the Element of Magic and as the Princess of Friendship, it’s her duty to make sure everypony feels like they belong by building and nurturing friendships. At her side is her Number One Assistant and best friend, Spike the Dragon, and joining her on her adventures are five best friends forever, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash.
 
Before she became who she is today, Twilight was once a Unicorn and a student to Princess Celestia. She was sent by her to Ponyville to check on the arrangements for the Summer Sun Celebration and make friends, even though her personal priority was to prevent the return of Nightmare Moon. She then meet five new best friends and together they found the Elements of Harmony and restored Nightmare Moon back to Princess Luna. Twilight Sparkle then stayed in Ponyville to study the magical properties of friendship. As she and Spike lived in Golden Oaks Library as librarian, she and her best friends would send a new friendship lesson to Princess Celestia. After many journeys and fending off other villains – Discord, Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra – Twilight created her own magic through friendship, and elevated from simple ponyhood to become an Alicorn and the ultimate Princess of Friendship. She then moved to her new Castle of Friendship after defeating Lord Tirek, with its Cutie Map, she and/or her best friends would go forth and solve friendship emergencies. She even went to the Equestria Girls World to retrieve her Element of Harmony from Sunset Shimmer, and made a true friend out of her too. After stopping Starlight Glimmer from changing the past, she took her on as a pupil and began teaching her about friendship. Through this, Starlight has saved Equestria with Twilight from the now outcast Chrysalis and the Pony of Shadows. Since their adventure beyond Equestria and their battle against the Storm King, Twilight Sparkle and her friends opened up the School of Friendship in order for them to teach different ponies and creatures from Equestria and beyond about the Magic of Friendship. Headmare Twilight’s school has inspired the Young Six to become best friends, and together they saved Equestria and its magic from Cozy Glow. Twilight Sparkle and her friends continue to protect Equestria from any threat while spreading friendship and harmony along the way (like bringing color and community back to Hope Hollow).
 
After all these adventures, the Princesses announced their retirement, and asked to have Twilight Sparkle and her friends to rule Equestria in their stead. Twilight was overwhelmed into a tailspin of self-doubt. Meanwhile, the ancient emperor, Grogar, summoned Chrysalis, Lord Tirek, Cozy Glow, and a resurrected King Sombra, proposing that they would all work together in order to defeat the Mane 6. Sombra, however, rejected Grogar’s offer and ventured out to reclaim the Crystal Empire on his own. Fortunately, the Mane 6 arrived and destroyed him for good. Celestia and Luna reassured Twilight they weren’t retiring until Twilight was ready. During the time of preparing, Twilight Sparkle continued to tie up some loose ends: She and her friends took part in Twilight and her brother, Shining Armor’s Sibling Supreme competition; had to return a book she had long overdue; the Mane 6 ruled Equestria while Celestia and Luna were on vacation, and the ponies prepared the final Summer Sun Celebration for the princesses.
 
Meanwhile, Grogar and the remaining villains agreed to work together and bring Equestria to its knees. After they retrieved Grogar’s Bewitching Bell, Chrysalis, Tirek and Cozy Glow schemed to betray the fearsome legend of old first with his own bell. However, on the day of Twilight’s coronation, when the villains stole Grogar’s magic, the evil ibex turned out to be Discord, who disguised himself in a misguided effort to prepare Twilight Sparkle as Equestria’s new ruler. Using the real Grogar’s magic, the villains became all-powerful and made their way to get revenge on the ponies, but not before turning the pony races against each other, which resulted in drawing the hate-feeding Windigos and freezing the land. After Discord disclosed to the Mane 6 his involvement with the villains and his intentions behind it, Twilight rallied her friends and allies to prepare for the attack. The villains, however, defeated them. The villains regrouped at the castle and defeated the Mane 6 and their friends. Twilight teleported away while the others were overwhelmed and imprisoned by the villains. Fortunately, after escaping with help from the remorseful Discord, the rest of the Mane Six and Spike found her taking refuge in the Crystal Empire, and after encouraging her, Twilight regained her confidence and they went back to confront the villains. At first, Chrysalis, Tirek and Cozy Glow seemed to gain the upper hand until a giant army consisting of all of the ponies and non-pony creatures the Mane 6 befriended, united by the students of the School of Friendship, appeared and assisted in the final battle. Twilight confronted the villains directly and delivered an impassioned speech about the Magic of Friendship and how, despite how much darkness there is in the world, there will always be those who seek out the light. Her passion brought her friends, the Young Six, and the Pillars of Old Equestria to her side, and the power of their combined magic created a rainbow of light that evaporated the Windigoes and stripped the villains of their power is removed. With Chrysalis, Tirek and Cozy Glow defeated, Princesses Celestia, Luna and Discord froze them into stone. When the day of the coronation arrived this time, Twilight made preparations to move back to Canterlot with Spike but was worried that this would mean that they and their friends would drift apart. Twilight’s friends seemed more welcoming of this change however and focused more on the final preparations for her ceremony. Twilight, growing frustrated, told them that she felt like they cared more about making her coronation perfect than the fact that she was leaving Ponyville. Her friends revealed that they shared her concerns and were keeping themselves busy so they wouldn’t be sad about it either. This resulted in them letting out their feelings, which made Twilight feel better, knowing that her friends did feel the same way. After the ceremony ended, Twilight decided to establish a Council of Friendship so she could maintain her friendship with the ponies by convening once every moon. Starlight Glimmer and Spike gave Twilight a book of memories for whenever she misses her friends or Ponyville. Before Celestia and Luna retire to Silver Shoals, they and the Mane 6 shared one last hug with each other.
 
In the distant future, Princess Twilight Sparkle has grown into a wise, tall mare with flowing mane, just like her predecessor. Her reign has brought about a brand new age of harmony and friendship, unlike anything that even Celestia and Luna expected. Equestria is now not only inhabited by ponies but also dragons, changelings, griffons, yaks, hippogriffs, kirins, and many other creatures living together in harmony. Spike had also grown into a strong dragon, and is both Twilight’s Royal Advisor and Friendship Ambassador to All Creatures now. Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich married and now have a foal, Li’l Cheese. Rarity is still Equestria’s most renowned fashionista, and she’s opened up more boutiques, including one in Yakyakistan. Rainbow Dash became a veteran Wonderbolt, as well as its captain. Applejack, after Granny Smith’s passing, became the new matriarch of Sweet Apple Acres, and resumes running farm with her brother Big Mac and his wife, Sugar Belle. And Fluttershy continues running her animal sanctuary and brining in and caring for more animals that come, with help from Discord. But every moon, the best friends would gather to form the Council of Friendship. One day, Princess Twilight was visited by one of her students named Luster Dawn, who didn’t understand the importance of friendship, seeing it as a distraction and a waste of time, and it seemed to be pointless when it fades. Reminded of how she used to be many years earlier, Twilight explained to Luster that friendships can be complicated and messy, and then told her of the day of her coronation when she thought she would lose her friendships. Once the whole story was finished, Twilight explained to Luster Dawn that friendships can be hard to maintain, but life is even harder without them. Luster Dawn now takes Twilight’s wisdom to heart and after Twilight sent her to Ponyville, Luster started making friends with the ponies and non-pony creatures there, and to this day, have adventures of her own. With Princess Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack ruling Equestria together and maintaining their friendship together, they prove to all of us the same lesson that began in this wonderful show, that we will all keep in our hearts, and inspire others in our world to acknowledge and embrace:
 
Friendship is Magic
 
Of every pony in MLP:FiM, Twilight is my most favorite pony ever, as well as the only one I relate to the most. We are both bibliophilic (we both love books); we enjoy studying new subjects; we love magic; we’re perfectionists; I usually organize, though not much as Twilight, and we have obsessive compulsive disorder; we can be worry warts; we can be temperamental; we are diagnosed with Autism (though she may not be, just headcanon); we dance uniquely, and we also love to eat vanilla ice cream and hayburgers (hamburgers in my case). Like Twilight in the first season premiere, I typically kept to myself, spending more time doing whatever I pleased far more than with my friends, especially in high school, as well as having an unwillingness to make friends. However, like her since, I have been making new friends (though online mostly; I still keep to myself in real life, even though I wish I had more freedom to be with my real life friends). Twilight discovered that friendship is magic, and I believe she inspired me to embrace it too. There are times when I can be a little too modest and I can be very hard on myself. There was also a time when while Twilight was getting hate for some of her uncharacterized moments, and then I would get some hate (and then blocked) by someone. :( (Sad) I almost feel as of though I feel everything, well maybe not everything, that Twilight has and still is going through. I feel even closer to her than ever before. I still miss her as Unicorn, but I love her no matter what she is. Although I picture myself in art form as us being a couple, I would be happy if we were best friends. Love Heart
 
Well, this isn’t what I envisioned. I got so busy with my Dragon Day, Friendship Day, and a birthday pic for a certain buddy of mine, I got the date for Twilight Day wrong (it’s on the 6th when I thought it was going to be on the 7th), and I was struggling with an idea for what I wanted, I ended up with this. I had to recycle my Twilight reading a book vector from last year (how pathetically UNoriginal), and I wanted to create new vectors of Alicorn and Future Twilight. If only Equestria Daily postponed it to next Monday. I feel so lousy. I really wanted to make something really special, especially since this may be my last Twilight Day pic ever. :( (Sad) Anyway, I spent all day today creating the updated throne room. I should’ve made this earlier. I’m just the embodiment of everlasting regret. Oh well, I hope you all love this anyway. And if not, I’ll work on what I had in mind and submit that too.

Well, that’s it. I’m really sorry this wasn’t my best tribute. I hope you love this, though I’m sure you won’t love this as much as Twilight Sparkle herself. May we show our love to her. She is one of the best things that’s happened in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and even after this wonderfully, spectacularly awesome, legendary cartoon comes to an end, she will always be cherished for our adorkable, book-loving purple smart pony we all know and love.
