The difference is shape. And sometimes size, but the artists tend to have a habit of drawing grossly oversized teats as often as they do grossly oversized breasts.
He is, without a doubt, the absolute worst possible one you could have suggested and compared me to.

there is a difference between teats and boobs? huh, didn’t know that.
i assume teats are smaller than boobs. and personally i’m perfectly fine with either.
and for the second point, i’m not an artist so the only thing i could say is maybe look at how someone else does it? like shino for example, he does teats/boobs and has a (from my perspective) similar pony-style to you.

Firstly, I’ll draw crotch teats, not boobs.
Secondly; it’s difficult to fit them on this semi-anthro anatomy I’ve a habit of doing. Had I made it more pony-like, I’d probably have been able to add some, but because of how the belly and legs are in this instance, I could not.
