Problem is Chrysalis is the least likely to actually reform. She’s pretty much the only unredeemed villain that has been given both a chance to reform and actual incentive to reform.
 
Cozy and Tirek both got super short changed. No one’s given them any actual reason not to be evil or made an honest attempt to turn them good. Then they’re severely punished any time they step out of line with no hope for release.
 
Chrysalis had Starlight reach out to her, which she refused. Why? Pure spite. Chrysalis could have had an infinite supply of love and a kingdom of reborn changelings, but she refused just because she was mad Starlight was right. She’s got nothing to gain from her vendetta, but she pursues it anyway because she’d rather starve her way than accept she was wrong. Then they just let her go the first two times and she just comes back to start stuff up again. She’s been around the most, and that’s given us a lot of time to see that she really does nothing but drag other people down. She did it to her hive and she did it to Cozy and Tirek.
 
I’d say give Cozy and Tirek a second chance because they’ve never really gotten one. Chrysalis though? Yeah, I can kinda see why the good guys might be getting sick of her. She’s the closest thing to irredeemable the show has.

I don’t get the love for Cozy as for me she’s the shittiest villain to date, but reforming Tirek after one season finale with him wouldn’t be as much impactful as reforming Chrysalis which we’ve been intimate with through seasons 2,6-9
 
Imo she’s the only villain that reforming would provoke any emotion

Generally, it feels like female villains have to do a lot more evil before they’re considered irredeemable than male villains do, especially if they’re cute or attractive.
 
Funny thing is, out of the three of them, Tirek is in my opinion the one who would be most likely to actually reform.

funny how people swoop in to defend cozy and chrysalis, but people only care about giving tirek a better ending if it also involves the rest of the league.  
i don’t even like tirek, but it’s clear that the tags between him and the other two show that cozy and chryssy are mostly loved by virtue of the fact that they’re female don’t say anything, smart heart

Did you read a word of what I just wrote? I said that only those comics that are contradicted by the show are non-canon, including the Sombra stories you’re referring to…but that does not mean every MLP comic is non-canon, as there are quite a few of them that are NOT contradicted by the show in any way, and are occasionally even referenced, like the example I mentioned with King Vorak.
