Well I would imagine that Pegasus pony push-ups tend to be more like wing-ups - as you say, they use all four of their legs all the time anyway, but pushing up with their wings would help to strengthen them for flight? :)
 
And then Unicorn push-ups could involve standing on their hind legs only and pushing the front of their body away from the ground using their magic…! :D
 
And Earth poners just do regular four-legged squats but with a fully-loaded haycart on their back or something, ’cos of their natural physical strength. xD

I always wonder how pony push-ups work. Their forehooves already support their body weight all the time anyway. It’s not like their arms are stronger than legs because all their limbs are legs.  
This bet is totally unfair too unless she uses her wings, which I will definitely still lose to but at least that’s more fair.
