I understand you so much! I was also 13 at the time and I keep thinking back to the early years of the fandom, when there were so many wonderful projects that fans wanted to do and I was really excited about it, but now it makes me so sad to see that practically all has been deleted without even being completed and, although I know they probably never will, there are days that I keep looking for information about them in the hope that someone will return to carry on these projects … I know that I am deluding myself, but somehow I still hope that one day it will happen.

This was really nostalgic and sad in the same time because I remember watching the trailer for Journey Of The Spark when I was 13 years old still in middle school and I remember that the guy who was the director and producer of this fan made MLP FIM movie use to have a channel on YouTube for behind the scenes and updates even interviews with voice actors who were going to play as Princess Celesta and Rarity but unfortunately when Hasbro intervened and forced the fan director and the people who were involved with helping with the project to canceled Journey Of The Spark which is still ridiculous and yeah I know it was copyrighted but come on I was really looking forward to seeing this movie and pretty sure other fans were waiting patiently for this project to be completely done so they can watch this masterpiece but those asshole from Hasbro just have step in and ruined a very good MLP fan made movie for the MLP fan community and because of that the channel itself was completely shut down as well but this was not the only fan project to get sued for copyright from Hasbro there was another MLP fan made movie based on a very popular Creepypasta called The Rainbow Factory yes the fans have originally creating fan made movie based on the Creepypasta by Spectra Studios where group of fans were involved making this project and they used to have a channel on YouTube where they show some behind the scenes and updates and I was really looking forward to seeing a popular Creepypasta turned into a well animated movie but just Journey Of The Spark the assholes from Hasbro forcing the fan creators to canceled their project too and their channel was demonized afterwards which pisses me off! Like Hasbro didn’t threaten to sued the fans for creating Double Rainboom and they didn’t sued the fans for creating Snowdrop which were both copyrighted but never got canceled for it man the people from Hasbro were and still are complete heartless trolls just want to ruined fans high hopes if the company is like Saga they would never disrespect their fans for creating Sonic The Hedgehog fan made projects!

Long time no see

I barely remember this. Looked it up and saw it on the fan labor wiki (the site itself a relic). Amazing that even this now invokes some nostalgic thoughts.
