Been meaning to do an image witih more refined smaller details. Albeit I didn’t go all out, it’s still more than most
of my pieces from the last months. This one ended up being a bit more inclusive of concept art as well as illustration.

Had this sketch Applemancer that seemed to get some good responses, it was Applejack, the first
one of June, so eh why not go for it with this one right?! Also just wanted to make a wizard hat
haha. They’re fairly fun to paint, and the design challenge of this was a nice bonus challenge.

Definitely a different process than my usual, the WIP includes some of it. This is
probably one of the only pieces that took more than 2 sessions, which is a stupid
measure to go by, but hey, I’ve also been feeling like I started squishing too many
quicker pieces into smaller painting sessions. Gotta mix things up. Just like this combo.

Anyhow, hope y’all like this random little magic.
