Well, since you were polite enough to ask:
 
Princess Luna: Because she’d have plenty of stories of the olden days (perhaps casually discussing torturing ne’er-do-wells.) and she’d often forget how to play. She’d have the AI that causes her to play almost randomly. After losing a hand she’ll claim she thought she was playing some other, bizarre Equestrian game.
 
Arin(AKA Egoraptor): Because if Tycho could be in… He’d be calm and reserved, until he starts losing. He’d eventually go into a full blown freakout when he’s knocked out, also not shy about mentioning how he’s the only REAL person here. AI has him more reserved and cautious.
 
Duke Nukem: Because every table needs some flair. Tosses around insults, jokes about how little and scrawny Arin is, has confusing thoughts about Luna (Her voice is just too alluring!) and occasionally pulls a (rather large) weapon out when insulted. AI is prone to bluffing.
 
Jake the Dog: Just because I could easily imagine him having some drinks and relaxing with a game of poker amongst other franchises. He’d mostly crack jokes and tell stories about his adventures with Finn. His AI would be more competent but prone to going all-in on less than stellar hands.
