All those eggs are of same age anyway. She just implied that she had sex and layed hundreds of eggs, and noting about “slut”. Maybe she read too much fantasy and fanfics like Austraeoh, where “Dragon Broodmother” is a thing.

I’m pretty sure that if there’s one pony who knows all about “the birds and the bees”, it’s Fluttershy. She can’t have spent her whole adult life around animals and not learned a few things.
Could be said with a bit of ignorance for dragon culture, like she thought it’s no big deal for a female queen dragon to have such a large clutch. In the same sense as insect colonies, Queen Chrysalis, etc, etc.
