The blurry text looks like Ember is saying something about reading too many fairytales Twibright and then Twilight says It’s Twilight!  
In the first panel Twilight says “try a fourth time”  
second panel after the Twibright text it’s something about waking anydragon up  
Ember in the beginning something “I found the three [something] already, I told you it doesn’t work”
 
Okay, it must be something about doing something three times already it doesn’t work and then Twilight says try a fourth time and then Ember says you read too many fairytales Twibright [something about] waking anydragon up and then Twilight says It’s Twilight!

Can anyone tell what Twilight and Ember are saying in the beginning? It is way too blurry for me to read.

Well, this whole thing escalated and then got solved in record pace.
