I have when I was Middle School and the boys in there didn’t take off and change their underwear while they were changing for Gym and Sports Days (which Is what girls obviously do in reality in school locker rooms too unlike what Nightweaver20xx and adult stuff suggests) also when I was in High School back in the late 2000s I actually got changed for Gym and Sports Days in the special needs bathroom rather than the main locker rooms which I still did when I went to a Spa on my birthday several months ago
