Probably one of those people who hears someone who took their own life and goes “Ugh they probably did it for attention when their problem could have been resolved easily!”.
You are a prime example of someone who doesn’t know what the fuck their talking about.

Yeah music has helped me stave off those negative feelings too I literally have playlists for each emotion I tend to need music for
Sometimes I find that music really releases all my negative thoughts…there’s something about it, especially songs sung by other characters, for that moment you are somewhere else and it feels nice.

For real though, this sort of self harm just screams attention whore. Cause it’s not lethal at all and highly visible. It’s mostly done in an attempt to gain sympathy from others.
If you’re really suicidal, then there are better ways to accomplish this. But you realy shouldn’t to it at all.
Shold you have such thoughts, please call your country’s suicide hotline.
I still don’t necessarily think it was even bad really because as long as you keep it clean and you’re not suicidal then you’re not really likely to “overdose” and cut too deep though I would recommend avoiding the obvious spots because its more visible and theres more veins and tendons meaning permanent damage is more likely.
