Happy Hearts and Hooves Day! Gabby actually say’s ‘Valentines’ here, but I assume that’s because the viewer is human and you must have mentioned our version of the holiday to her at least once. Also, yes, she’s speaking (likely broken) Polish, since Polish Gabby is the best Gabby. If you don’t know why Polish Gabby is the best, go look her up on like… YouTube or something. Polish Gabby is adorable, so she’s speaking Polish in my pic. Fear not, though, as she understands English perfectly… she just doesn’t know how to speak it??? Maybe she’s shy about her accent.

The Polish version of “The Fault in Our Cutie Marks” premiered a few days before the English one. We found out a little later that Polish was a day later after the Dutch version on the Belgian channel, but it still had the distinction of being the first one that anyone could (illegally) watch online. As a result, some people first watched the episode in Polish with English fanmade subtitles. And some of them actually ended up liking Gabby’s voice the most, even more than the English one. Maybe after you hear one version, it sets your expectations and you are more critical of anything that sounds differently. Anyway, she does sound kind of cute in Polish.
Faceless Niggerfaggot RJ always felt like something completely distanced from the real world with his sterile drawings of cartoon ponies sided with cheeky 2012s narration, and now he goes and, for the first time ever, out of the blue, makes an unexpected, exeptional break from his character and references a real life foreign country on the other side of the globe that happens to be the exact one that I live in. Not only that - it’s a completely unjustified reference, almost if it’s part of some inside joke nobody but him understands. I just checked the Polish dubbing of the episode she appeared in and I have even more questions that I did before, since her voice not only doesn’t exceed all the others in any way, but even feels sub-par when compared to them. How on Earth did he decide to watch the show with Polish dubbing? Why did he point out this exact character? Why did he made a fetish out of it?
Of all things our beautiful country has to offer, Gabby is the last I can think of.
Was that a commission? Was it a social experiment?
We will never know.
