Plot twist: Gallus actually really enjoys chasing a laser pointer, though it gets frustrating after a bit because there’s no “catch” at the end. Ocellus solves this problem by pointing it on Smolder.
 
Smolder just plays along because it’s cute and her dragon scales are tough enough to take the impact.

Oddly enough, I don’t think a single changeling aside from Chrysalis or Thorax was ever seen using their horns for regular magic.

Using magic to give herself a hand to control a laser pointer instead of using it to levitate and control said laser pointer… Ocellus seeks no easy ways, does she?
