Well, the Storm Creatures mostly speak in unintelligible growls, grunts, snorts, and roars. All Storm Creatures are unintelligible except two of the notable Storm Creatures Ralph and Sam seen in the movie prequel comics. Oh yes. And we can hear one have the Storm Creatures saying goodbye to Fluttershy and another saying “I can’t see!” when he get his eyes bitten by Shelly and Sheldon. I guess this opened up a debate on wether or not the two Storm Creatures that talked in the film are in fact Ralph and Sam. Also, in the IDW Comic Adaptation of the film, extra quotes were added to flesh out the storyteller. One of them was when one of the two Storm Creatures who were guarding the entrance of the wrecked, destroyed, and/or desolated capital city of Canterlot who were possibly kicking two of the Royal Guard ponies out says, “State your business.” This must be another debate whether or not these two guarding the entrance to Canterlot are in fact Ralph and Sam.

Fluttershy is the sweetest. She might have gotten the short-end deal of the movie - with few lines and a bit of character regression - but at least she got the chance to show her knack for kindness and understanding to even the most hardened creatures.
