Derpibooru, can I just tell you something? Do you know how many horrible things I’ve seen since I became a fan of the show we all love? Do you know the cynicism and ironically belligerent behavior that I’ve seen certain areas of the fandom devolve into?
Do you know you’re the only pony-centric place I’ve been to that is actually good?
Derpibooru, I just want to say my thanks. Thanks for convincing me to look on the bright side of the fandom, and ignore the things that turned so many others into cynics. Thank you for convincing me there’s some sense and level-headedness left in this fandom, and that there’s a group of people who can laugh things off instead of being overcome by drama. Thank you for having a community that knows what is important and why we are all here: for the ponies.
So thank you, Derpibooru and everyone on it. You restored my faith in this fandom.

Uuuh… I wasn’t trolling. Though, I regret what I did a bit… because I hadn’t alerted the artist. It was a dick thing to do, but I’ve talked with him now and it’s cool.
Yea, that was a great troll man. You’ll be good enough to hang with me and Sido sooner or later! Also thanks for reminding me about that. Every time my connection blows a gasket I forget wtf I was doing the previous day. Aye, the pains of living in a place where alcohol is a controlled substance. :{

Correction: Named users attempt to remain polite. Almost every single background pony makes no such attempts.

Equestria Daily isn’t too bad. I do agree that people take things too seriously there. The chat is fun
I don’t think so, like I said we have some people complaining about many thing but I rarely seen any ¨you suck for thinking or be that¨ in the comment.
The only few we had are usually in upload from exterior source specialized in drama by background ponies or a few notoriously know trolls members.
That’s because YT appeals to the lowest common denominator: the silly, small minded individual who is “normal.” In other words, it tries to appeal to everyone, so it just gets a mish mash of mediocrity and a lowered level of connectivity.
As far as I know, the more vocal-ish people have this united sense of being pony fans but also interested with the stories and discussions that range from mundane to insightful. I don’t deny this site irritates me or bores me at times, but the people make this generally worthwhile. Especially the ones I hold pretty close (or as close as individuals can be thru the internet).

Anywhere sounds more levelheaded than youtube really.
We ignore it and derail it, though.
