A child that could anyone else but Pinkie. There were also two children in “Baby cakes” episode and that didn’t mean they belonged to Pinkie Pie. So you assertion of “I see a child next to Pinkie that is familiar with Pinkie= it must be Pinkie’s and Cheese child = CheesePie is canon” is as much valid as “I see Fluttershy coming from Discords place and getting a lunch=they live together=fluttercord are canon” so either go bother all implied ships or stop bothering all of them
