It took me a minute to remember what she’s referencing: Arbeiter Von Wien. The first two lines are
“Wir sind das Bauvolk der kommen Welt,
Wir Sind der Sämann, die Saat, undo das Feld!”
Which literally translates to
“We are the builders of the coming world,
We are the sower, the seed, and the field!”

Headcanon: After a while, and after Starlight became an alicorn, Equestria is divided into “North Equestria” ruled by Starlight Glimmer under the communist rules with Starlightgrad or Starlight’s old village as the base, and “South Equestria” ruled by Twilight Sparkle which remains capitalistic with Canterlot as the capital.
